Room for rent

Hi, I have a nice room to rent, available now, from April to end of August. The room is in a 5 bedroom house which has internet connection and all facilities. The tenant must be a girl, student, preferably postgaduate. There are other 4 girls living in the house for the moment, postgraduate students, all very nice and outgoing.
